HOW LONG DOES THE ORDERING AND SHIPPING PROCESS TAKE?

Usually shipping to the US (which is where most of our customers are from) takes 7 to 15 working days after the tracking code is provided.

HOW ARE BULK ORDERS SHIPPED?
If the order is too large to fit in an ordinary medium size package, we guarantee that the order will be split into the required number of packages at no additional cost. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PACKAGE IS CHECKED FOR CUSTOMS?
We have 99.9% delivery rates in the United States, Canada, Europe, and South Africa. THE SHIPPING PAGE SAYS THE TRACKING CODE IS NOT AVAILABLE
The shipment tracking can be carried out after 72 hours from the dispatch date, as the package has to reach the logistics warehouse from our center and wait for the registration. If the tracking code does not appear in the system after 3 working days, please contact us and we will investigate your case.
We recommend our US customers to use the track-trace.com website until the item reaches the US. You can later use the USPS site to track the package. We recommend that you enter your email address on the USPS site for updates on delivery status.
MY TRACKING CODE IS NOT MOVING
This usually happens when items are collected from customs and await customs clearance. This does not mean that there is a problem. However, if your tracking code shows no progress within 10 days, please contact us and we will review it. We can also recommend that you contact your local EMS office (USPS) with the tracking code for more detailed information on where the item is at that time.
TOO LONG DELIVERY TIMES FOR SECOND OR THIRD ORDERS
We understand that you want to receive our products as soon as possible.
But our goal is to deliver it to you without any hassle.
Each delivery can pass through customs in the importing and / or exporting country. If we send parcels to the same address every 1-2 weeks, there is a risk that they will be confiscated during export controls.
